Question: What is the process and how do I start?
Answer: You need to fax a photocopy of your traffic ticket to 1866 899 413. Once we receive your fax we will send you a Credit Card form and Retainer Agreement. Once you fax these two forms back to us, we will charge your Visa or MasterCard the set fee for your case. You will receive a court date in the mail. Please fax a copy of the court date to our office to ensure we have the same information and do not miss your court date. Our lawyer will call you if we need anything else. After the court date we will notify you with the results.
